Coordinators

Coordinators are missional staff. They give a year of their lives to serving at GC Wesley. They are either self-supported or raise financial support independently.  There number one job is to be relational. They disciple interns, shepherd ministry areas, and are crucial to our operation.

Georganna Alexander

Second Year Coordinator

Freshley

Griffin, Georgia

GEORGANNA'S WHY : Going into her senior year, Georganna had no idea what she was doing after graduation. She worried a lot about what was to come post-college, but at the same time, she had this same feeling that her time in Milledgeville was not over yet. She didn't know what that meant or what to do with it until people started asking her if she'd thought about staying on staff at Wesley as a Coordinator. She'd been heavily involved with Wesley throughout college, but she'd never had any intentions of staying on staff afterwards. However, after a lot of prayer and consideration, she felt that the Lord was leading her to stay and serve on staff. "It was never the path that I expected to take, but I wouldn't change it for the world and can't imagine myself doing anything else during this season."

Georganna has been involved with Freshley since she was a freshman in 2015, serving as a leader and then an intern for her junior and senior year.

She is dependent upon monthly supporters to do what she does here at Wesley.

Mackenzie Shover

Second Year Coordinator

Production and Worship

Valdosta, Georgia

MACKENZIE'S WHY : She went into her interview for our internship program and was asked a few questions about if she'd ever thought of being a coordinator. One of her favorite things about the Wesley team? In her words, "They see potential in you that you would never acknowledge in yourself, and they call you to step boldly into that potential." She's so excited for this year and the opportunity to serve on Staff in a position where one of her main responsibilities is to love on and encourage students here at Georgia College!

Mackenzie graduated in December 2019 with a B.S. in Psychology.

She is dependent on monthly supporters during her time here at Wesley.

Grace Koncerak

Second Year Coordinator

Prayer

Alpharetta, Georgia

GRACE'S WHY :  Grace chose to stay in Milledgeville after graduating because she wants to continue to grow and care for the incredible community she has seen Wesley become over the years. As a student, Grace served in our worship ministry and continues to be involved with worship on top of the ministry areas she oversees as a Coordinator.

Grace graduated with a BFA in  Studio Art with a concentration in Mixed Media. She loves to worship God with the creativity and talents He has given her. From painting to ceramics to digital art, she loves it all. You can always find her at Coffee House doodling in a journal or just spending quality time with Wesley's pet fish, Spenser.

She raises financial support to be on staff at Wesley!

Morgan Wilson

MORGAN'S WHY :  "Wesley has brought an immense number of blessings to my life. At Wesley, Morgan discovered authentic relationships with people that continue to challenge her to surrender everything to the Lord. The Wesley Staff receives the honor to witness the Lord's miracles each day and Morgan is so grateful to be part of it. In her own words, "I have seen the Lord move tremendously throughout the past four years and I am fully expectant of what He'll do this upcoming year."

Morgan has been around Wesley since 2015. She's served as a leader and intern with our Fellowship/Hospitality ministry. She graduated in 2019 with a B.A. in Mass Communication.

Harley Killgo

First Year Coordinator

Women's and Media

Gray, Georgia

HARLEY'S WHY :

"Post-college was an uncertain season that held endless opportunity that I didn’t know how to navigate, but even with endless options, my years in Milledgeville didn’t yet feel complete and I gently felt the Lord opening an opportunity for me to stay and continue serving with Wesley.

Wesley has been the answer to many prayers and brought me the sweetest community right when I needed it. Wesley helped further my passion for ministry and allowed me to discover what I truly love about serving in ministry by giving me room to lead, learn and grow. The Lord showed me that I thrive off of building and cultivating deep intimate relationships and that is exactly what I have done and get to continue to do at Wesley. I’ve seen the Lord in the middle of all the details and I know He is calling me back to further develop the good work that has been started. I think what was established this past year only has more opportunity to grow and I think the Lord wants me here for that. I’m eager to discover more of these opportunities with God!"
